LOADING ARMS FOR TRUCKS AND MARINE LOADING ARMS FOR ONSHORE
A Marine Loading Arm is a technically improvement product from Hoses in the transfer of Petroleum products between Ship and onshore. It provides an easier and safer operation, giving longer service life and transfers without any spillage of product and pollution.
To load or unload a ship, a hose or Marine loading arm is needed to follow the movement of the ship due to the dynamics of changing draft, changing tide, wind and other factors.
Marine loading arms require minimal maintenance without the assistance of cranes or dismantling the loading arm.
Truck loading/unloading arms are designed to be connected on the side or on the rear of the tanker and sometimes for both.
Truck loading arms are provided with 5x or 6x swivel joints and 1x balancing system (spring cylinder). They can be equipped with a large number of accessories.
Depending on the requirements involved, the design can vary from standard solution to tailor made.
Marine loading arm is an equipment specially used for loading / unloading oil and gas carried by tanker and oil carrier. The marine loading arms produced by CCLPEC adopt an independent supporting structure, decreasing the load on pipes and swivel joints. The main pipeline only bears the weight of the liquid or gas, thus reducing the leakage rate and extending the service life.
